Workout December 3, 2011

Today’s workout was intense.  I did Abs (because I missed them yesterday) and biceps.  I also did an intense 10 minute warmup on the elliptical and an intense 10 minutes on the stairmaster at the end.  Later today I did a 20 minute walk and a 20 minute yoga class.


  • Hanging Leg Raises (bent knee today to mix it up)
  • Woodchoppers with cable
  • Rope Pulldows
  • Inchworms on the balance ball

Lower Back

  • DB Deadlifts
  • Hyperextensions
  • Back Extension Machine


  • Hammer Curls
  • Seated Side Curls
