  • 1 Scoop BSN Lean Dessert Protein Powder

Meal #3

  • Raw Veggies
  • Turkey Cutlet
  • Green Beans

Meal #4

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 5 Black Olives
  • 4 oz Chicken
  • 1 T Udo’s Oil

Meal #5

  • Whipped Cottage Cheese
  • Truvia (1 packet)
  • 1/2 t Vanilla
