Nicole Wilkins has a new DVD out and I must say it is really motivating!! I bought it when it first came out and used it over the summer to spice up my track workouts. I also incorporated her leaning side lateral shoulder raises and I think they make a lot of sense.
It’s really motivating to see Nicole in action. She has intense workouts and it leaves you charged up and ready for the gym. She also addresses posing and gives you a “how-to” lesson.
A huge thumbs-up for this DVD! It’s the next best thing to actually being trained by Nicole in person!
