Workout November 27, 2011

Sunday’s workout was not as I planned, but I did manage to get my weights in…

I did Chest/Bis/Tris

First, I warmed up with walking on the Treadmill at 4.0 for 10 minutes

Chest
Flat Bench DB Press
Incline DB Press
Pec Dec

Biceps
Standing Side Curls
Hammer Curls
Cable Curls

Triceps
Bent Over Kickbacks
Bench Dips with Bodyweight
Cable Pushdowns
