Diet November 27, 2011

Sunday was Low Calorie/Low Carb day number 3 for me.  I had 5 small meals, totaling 1047 calories with 80.6 g carbs, 131.5 g protein, and 17.9 g fat.

Ezekial Bread

Fat Free Yogurt
Protein Powder

Meal #3
Veggies
Salmon Burger

Meal #4
Salad with Taco Meat (half portion)

Meal #5
Whipped Cottage Cheese
Truvia
Vanilla
