Low Carb Dinners – Taco Salad

Taco Salad

This recipe is super easy but really good.  I probably have this once a week.

Ingredients:

1 pound Extra Lean Ground Turkey
One packet Taco Mix
Fresh Spring Mix Organic Lettuce
Organic Tomato
Black Olives
Hot Banana Pepper Rings
Chopped Onion
Fresh Salsa

Brown turkey and add water and taco mix. Simmer until water is absorbed. Add all salad ingredients to large bowl and add 1/3 of taco mix. Use salsa as dressing. Viola!
