Breakfast – Cinnamon Oatmeal

Most mornings I start my day with oatmeal. I like to get my starchy carbs in early in the morning and oatmeal is a quick and easy way to get in some great fiber and healthy carbohydrates.

Cinnamon Oatmeal

1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop BSN Fresh Cinnamon Roll Lean Dessert Protein Powder
Few Drops of Vanilla

Combine oatmeal, milk, and vanilla. Microwave for one minute. Stir in protein powder. Let sit until cool. Enjoy!
