Now that I am done with the BFFM Summer Challenge, I have been sort-of in “maintenance mode”. I started carb-cycling in order to slowly whittle away the last of the body fat that I don’t want. I’m still doing three low-carb/lower calorie days in a row followed by one high carb/higher calorie day. Today I will have 1650 calories, spread out over 5 meals with 201 grams of carbs, 133 grams of protein, and 35 grams of fat. All week I have been looking forward to shredded wheat with almond milk, so today is the day! As soon as I’m done with this post I will partake in it and then off to the gym for a great shoulders and abs workout. I will be taking this weekend off from the gym as I’ve been feeling a bit over-trained lately. Monday it is my plan to start fresh and full force with a renewed vigor and motivation. I will touch base with you then and let you know the new workout plan!
